Updated Client Center

Please review your Client Center - we have made some important change that we believe will make your life easier:
  • We have updated the look and feel of the Client Center to make it easier to navigate and find the information you need
  • We have included a link to our new Secure Payments page
  • We have added a link to our AQEOS Service Authorization form for easy download
  • We have added a link to our Rates page so you can review our current rates and Service Area
  • We have added a link to our Promotions page so you can stay current on all our 'HOT' promotions
In addition to these Client Center changes we have recently updated our Rates and Service Area.  Here are a few links you may be interested in:

Client Center

If you are visiting us for the first time, please check out our Sample Client Center. This is a full featured, working sample of our secure client access portal that we call our Client Center. The password protected Client Center is customized for each of our clients and can be shared with as many users as necessary.

The Client Center was designed to provide efficient, online access to account documents, reports, calendars, links, software, news and much more. We can provide our clients with virtually anything they may require. The information is not only secure and sharable, it is updated live, 24 hour a day. When we log a service call in our system, a complete service detail is posted to the Client Center immediately.

We now accept Electronic Payments by PayPal

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting Credit and Debit Card and Electronic Check Payments through PayPal Secure Payment Services.  We have been sending electronic Invoices (by email) for the last 10 years, so this is a natural progression for us and we are thrilled to now be offering it.  Look for the additional Payment Options in the Invoice Emails that we send to you or on our Web Site.   You can take advantage of these new payment options immediately (by visiting our Payments page) and we are providing these services at no additional cost.  

To kick-off these new services for a limited time only, you are eligible to receive a 'Travel Charge' Credit for Service Area ZONES 2 & 3 only (a $68.00 value) when you pay using our Secure PayPal Payment System  (Valid for our standard service availability only, Monday thru Friday 7:00am-6:00pm.  After Hours Services and Travel Charges in ZONES 3 & 4 are not included.)  Of course, if you prefer, we will alway accept traditional check payments.

We have elected to use PayPal as our payment processor because PayPal is the leader in Secure, Online Payments Processing and will be the only party involved with your sensitive financial information (we do not have access to or retain any of your financial information).  To use our new payment options you only need a Credit or Debit Card or a Checking Account; no PayPal account is required.  If you have a PayPal account or would like to establish one, the payment process is even faster.

Our New Web Site
